Freeing and enlivening the spine

The spine is our backbone. It gives us structure and support, it carries us through our day, it helps us move in so many different directions. So it is important to keep the spine as energised, able, strong, and fluid as possible. In this workshop we’ll focus on re-awakening and mobilising this incredible part of our anatomy; as well as connecting the limbs, the core, and the neck/head to the movement and flow of the spine. By the end of the morning the aim is to feel more flowing, more inwardly connected, more conscious and confident of our spines and our whole being too.
No experience of yoga is necessary. Openness and willingness to try to be receptive to ourselves at a deeper level than we are used to in our ordinary day to day lives would be helpful.
Pre-booking essential as space will be limited. If you would like to bring a yoga mat and blanket feel welcome to; otherwise they can be provided. Bring a drink and a snack for your break.
